The Illinois Chamber of Commerce did a study that shows that 100 new manufacturing jobs in a community lead to:
- 415 more Jobs
- $12,700,000 more Personal income per year
- $5,000,000 more in Bank deposits
- 7 additional Retail Establishments
- $7,700,000 more in Retail Sales
- $540,000 increased tax revenue
- $2,000,000 more service industry receipts
